Here are some some pics from Justin, our Lake Warden.  Also, a reminder, the navigation buoys will be pulled mid-October, after Columbus Day.  Enjoy this beautiful fall weather!
Lake Warden Report
On the last day of September I hit the Lake, it was a beautiful morning and the fog was thick.  I found myself zig-zagging around while thinking I was going in a straight line.  It is amazing what a dense fog will do to your sense of direction (I have several hunting stories to prove it).  Everything on the Lake seemed to be in order.  After the fog cleared I found several people out in boats fishing and enjoying the summer-like day.

October 1st marks the opening day of Duck and Goose season for the Watershed and surrounding areas.  Be prepared to hear the sounds of gunfire for the next couple of weeks.  Whoever made it to Wiley Bog on the first morning was in for a treat, there must have been close to 100 geese and several ducks swimming around.  If there are any issues or concerns that develop, please contact me.
